Spacious, cozy room with awesome bed. Close to city centre and river walk. Excellent staff, upgraded room with regular cleaning and sheet changes. Beautiful heritage building with classic furnishings. Wonderful spa bath, TV in bedroom. Lovely sheets and supplied ear plugs. Free parking, good continental breakfast. Quiet despite nearby trains. Highly recommend.

The furnishings at this hotel were of high quality and had a beautiful, elegant style. the king-size bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was enjoyable and satisfying.

The location of the hotel was not ideal for exploring the area. the carpet in the room was a bit worn out, which detracted from the overall experience.

Great gluten-free breakfast, free room for late train arrival. Huge cozy room with comfy bed, close to city center for dining options. Retro furnishings, modern amenities, $10 continental breakfast.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The room was huge and had a wow factor when we walked in. The king-size four poster bed was not only magnificent but also the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding and the value for money was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel!

Our room was not serviced during our stay, which was disappointing. We had to ask for clean towels and the bed was not made.
