I recently stayed at Humuya Inn for a few days during my business trip. The hotel's convenient location near the airport was perfect for my travel purpose. The English-speaking reception staff went above and beyond to assist me with all my requests. They allowed me to extend my room for a few extra hours after checkout for a reasonable fee. The food at the hotel was satisfactory and the coffee bar was a nice touch. The quick laundry service was a great help as well. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel for its great service and convenient amenities.

I had an amazing stay at a charming inn with a beautiful courtyard and roof terrace. The food was delicious and the beds were comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, including arranging airport transportation.

Some noise from other guests and the lack of water for a short period. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would still highly recommend this inn for a wonderful stay.

During our romantic escape, we had a lovely experience at this hotel. the staff was outstanding and very accommodating in all our needs. the meals offered were delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner menu. the hotel's location in a safe neighborhood was a huge plus, as it provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for our stay. Additionally, the rooftop of the hotel was a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding plants and flowers.

On the downside, we had a disappointing encounter with the receptionist. She was unpleasant and didn't greet us properly.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city's downtown area with malls, just a quick 3-5 minute drive away. It is also close to the airport, making it easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and additional pillows available upon request. The staff is accommodating and provides excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and filling, and the rooftop patio offers a beautiful view of the neighborhood. The hotel also offers a small dining room for other meals.

One downside is that there isn't a convenience store nearby, like a Circle K, as there was at the Marriott hotel.

Would suggest friends and work colleagues visit. Good food, beautiful courtyard and roof terrace. Staff works hard to keep guests happy and well-cared for. Airport pick up and drop off service is a huge help. Shout out to Gabriel for being amazing!
