As a budget traveler, I loved the comfortable beds, delicious food, and friendly staff. The view was stunning, and the calming atmosphere helped me destress.

I felt right at home during my stay and had no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and stunning views. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities provided, such as the fridge and towels. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The hotel could use some maintenance, as the buildings appeared a bit worn and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

Located on the open sea, this resort is a great spot to enjoy the beautiful ocean view and balcony. The rooms are clean and spacious, with effective AC to keep you comfortable. The staff is helpful and welcoming, eager to please the guests. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast, and the location is convenient, close to all the action of West End. You can relax by the sea, taking in the peaceful surroundings.

In the morning, the restaurant sometimes opens a bit late.

The view by the pool is breathtaking and it's one of the most affordable places in town. The location is great and peaceful, perfect if you want to be away from the party noise. The owner Diana is super friendly and sweet, and I love supporting family-owned hotels. The balcony with a hammock and ocean/sunset views was my favorite thing. The vegetable soup was delicious and the staff was wonderful.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff members always ready to assist with anything I needed. Secondly, the basic amenities of the rooms were more than sufficient, and the decor was nice. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the location at the end of the main strip, nestled in a forested area, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Being able to retreat to this quiet spot at the end of the day was truly delightful. Finally, having breakfast included in the stay was a great bonus, saving me time and money in the mornings.

My experience was great and there wasn't anything that I felt needed improvement.

loved staying in west end again, and lands end exceeded my expectations! the location was perfect, with easy access to snorkeling and a short walk to main street. great pool, friendly staff, and delicious burgers at the open air bar. can't wait to return!

bathroom needed updating

Staff was incredibly helpful & responsive. Newly renovated ocean view rooms were comfortable with amazing views. Bartender was friendly & quick. Pool & deck had ample space to relax & tan. Enjoyed our stay!

Two complimentary drinks upon arrival and a beautiful ocean view from my balcony made this hotel experience unforgettable. the location was perfect, as it was right on the water and close to all the excitement of the island. Plus, the complimentary breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and filling. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start my day in paradise!
