My recent stay at Pullman was fantastic. The newly renovated hotel has modern facilities and a great location. The staff, especially the female staff, were warm and helpful. The room was clean and modern, with everything in working order. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The hotel is just steps away from the beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. a first-class hotel experience.

I got great value for my money at Pullman in Vina del Mar. The room was super comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to good restaurants. The staff, especially Macarena, were amazing and made us feel very welcome, even speaking Portuguese with us.

Breakfast items could be improved, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon.

The hotel is located in the center of Viña del Mar, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and modern, with a great ocean view from the balcony. The staff was professional and gave special attention to details, such as providing a bottle of wine for a honeymooning couple.

During my stay here, I was highly impressed by the quality of service provided by the staff. The location in front of the beach is simply breathtaking and made my mornings so much better. Additionally, the room service was efficient and quick, and the laundry and dry cleaning services made my life so much easier. The in-room amenities like the flat-screen TV and terrace provided a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I would definitely recommend this place to everyone without any hesitation.

The facilities in the room were modern and impressive. We loved that we could easily connect our phone to the TV and stereo. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We were initially given a street view room but after expressing our preference for a sea view, we were upgraded to an incredible suite with breathtaking views. it was a fantastic stay with minor improvements needed in customer service and room amenities.

Enjoyed a luxurious Thanksgiving beach vacation with my family. the complementary bikes were a great perk and we enjoyed using them to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. the breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options and satisfied all of our tastes. the hotel's prime location on the coast was perfect for watching sunset walks on the beach.

Our room was noisy due to the traffic on the main road. However, we were still able to get restful sleep due to the sea air.

This luxury beach hotel is located in a great neighborhood, right by the beach. The rooms are spacious with comfortable king beds and amazing amenities. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the breakfast spread is impressive. The hotel has a cool bar on the 8th floor with stunning views of the beach. Bikes are also available for guests to use free of charge.

There were some noise disturbances in the corridors during the night.

Double glazed windows, comfy king size bed with fluffy soft pillows, nice big 42 inch TV, cool pool on top floor, amazing shower head. Nearby restaurants, bars, attractions, close to Valparaiso and sand dunes. Cross the road to the beach and watch the sunset.
