The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city centre and between two metro stations, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the attractions. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of choices to start the day. Additionally, the hotel provides fast internet access.

There is no gym or swimming pool available for guests to use.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of 12 Revay, just a short stroll away from major attractions in Budapest. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was satisfying. One highlight was the helpfulness of the staff, who went above and beyond to assist us with airport transfers and concert tickets. This hotel is right in the center of all the attractions and at a great value for the price! The staff is friendly and attentive to details, the rooms are equipped with comfy beds and excellent showers, and the breakfast is extraordinary. I also appreciated that the air-conditioning was adjustable and worked well.

We stayed at a hotel in Budapest for the weekend and although the breakfast spread was impressive, it was certainly the best thing about our stay. We found the shower pressure to be better than expected and the complimentary water and snacks in the room were a nice touch. The hotel was also conveniently located near public transportation and popular attractions.

Our room was a disappointment. It was quite dirty with dusty surfaces and small enough to make us feel uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just off Andrassy St It is conveniently close to St Stephen's Basilica and the Opera, and only a few minutes' walk from Elizabeth's Square. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and answer questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities such as tea and coffee facilities. the hotel provided a European breakfast with a wide variety of options.

Some staff members were occasionally unfriendly or impatient, which could be improved.

The breakfast space at this hotel was really busy on two of our three mornings, making it difficult to find a table and causing queues for both the juice and coffee machines.
