this hotel was an absolute mess! couldn't even shut the bathroom door and, the lobby smelled like something was dying. I almost gave a good review until I saw the chaos at check-in. being a regular visitor, I thought a complimentary drink or room upgrade was a given—apparently, red-carpet treatment is not their thing. totally disappointed!
