We stayed at a boutique hotel in the charming Castle District. The room was clean with unique decor and had a luxurious rainfall shower and L'Occitane accessories. The staff was always helpful, and they even left chocolates in the room for my partner's birthday. The hotel is located on a quiet hilltop, but minutes away from Fisherman's Bastion and other attractions. There's a bus stop just outside to easily explore Pest. The hotel also arranged airport transfers and was responsive to emails. We would definitely stay here again.

Not easy to find

We had an amazing stay at a wonderful, out of the way small hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. When our luggage was misplaced, they helped track it down and offered excellent advice for replacements. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bar had a friendly crew of bartenders who introduced us to local wines. The restaurant was top-notch and the location couldn't be beat. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

Nothing major, just a few minor issues like a dark room with limited natural light, and a slightly impractical bathroom design. But these were easily overlooked considering the overall fantastic experience.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and there was a great selection of drinks available at the bistro downstairs. The location is perfect, with a bus stop nearby that takes just 10 minutes to reach the Pest side of the river. Additionally, it is only a 5-minute walk from the Palace and Matthias Church. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

The kitchen and bar staff were delightful. Hotel Baltazar definitely deserves six stars instead of four!

We loved the modern decor and helpful staff in this gorgeous hotel. The detailed check-in email and surprise bottle of champagne made our honeymoon special. The Loccitane products in the bathroom were a nice touch. Great location, slightly removed from the main tourist area but still within walking distance and close to the metro. Lovely and peaceful, perfect for exploring without the crowds. Comfortable beds and powerful showers. Spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and Bluetooth music player. Beautiful surroundings in the Castle district.

The rooms were well-appointed, decorated in a sophisticated modern style, and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a choice of two pillows. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities such as a terrace, in-room safe, and free toiletries. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and the quality of the accommodations.
