The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping us with our luggage since there were no lifts. The rooms were nice, comfy, and clean. The location was great, within walking distance to a convenient store, market place, salon, pharmacy. Additionally, it was very close to the international airport, making it a convenient option for those arriving late or needing to catch an early flight.

There were convenient options for food nearby, with a market just a minute away and a 7/11 a block away. The hotel's proximity to NAIA's terminal 1 was a huge plus, as I only paid around 160 pesos for a quick ride during morning rush hour. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked well. The bathroom was fresh-smelling, and the staff were accommodating. Khotel exceeded my expectations and provided great value for money.
