I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the location was very convenient, with easy access to shopping and transportation. Being close to the tram allowed me to easily visit all the major sights of the city.

We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve at this hotel. the two complimentary glasses of champagne were a lovely touch. the key location of the hotel made it easy for us to reach all the sights we had planned to see. the breakfast had a great variety to choose from, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries in the morning.

We did find the price of the bottled water in the room to be far too high compared to nearby shops. our experience was positive, but these were two minor things that could be improved.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a welcome drink. The staff was very helpful, making our experience enjoyable. The location was quiet and accessible with nearby trams.

loved our stay at bo18. it was even better than last time in budapest. cozy hotel, clean rooms, and helpful staff. great location near metro and shops, and the breakfast was delicious. highly recommend for a short stay in the city.
