our romantic trip to zakynthos town was made even more special by our stay at this fantastic hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and the views from our spacious room and balcony were breathtaking.

Excellent location, overlooking the main square, restaurants, rental locations, and harbor. Good breakfast. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Nice and new rooms with comfortable beds.

This hotel in Zante town is fantastic value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. Speaking of which, I stayed in a room with a king size bed and a balcony that offered a partial sea-view. It was such a treat to wake up to that view every morning. The location of the hotel is also a major plus point. It is right in the center of the city, making it very convenient to find restaurants just in front of the Port.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at the Phoenix Hotel in Zakynthos. the rooms were beautifully designed, well-ventilated, and even had a lovely terrace. We were fortunate enough to have a stunning view of the sea and the main square. the hotel itself is centrally located, right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to explore and enjoy the local restaurants, bars, supermarkets. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served at the hotel restaurant, Central Resto Bar, was delicious. We especially loved the ambiance of the restaurant as we observed the city coming to life.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Zakynthos Town. The location was perfect, right next to the square with loads of restaurants to choose from. The room was clean and modern, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the city square and the port. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was prompt and efficient. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food was always served hot.

The parking situation was a bit challenging, as it was always rush hour in the center and finding a spot nearby was difficult.

The staff at Central are always eager to help with your business or private meetings, the contemporary design is a "must feel" experience, and the private veranda offers a distinct sense of relaxation. The Central Resto Bar is THE place to be.

Great location, close to restaurants and the seaside. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options. We especially enjoyed the bar below the hotel.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. I particularly enjoyed the Greek pies and traditional dishes they had. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. They provided me with important information regarding the city's attractions and provided prompt service whenever I needed something from them. the hotel had a prime location that made it easy for me to access various parts of the city, including shopping centers and restaurants.

Slightly noisy rooms and an uncomfortable bed. Although I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, there were some minor drawbacks that I encountered.
