During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the prime location. It was right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the bustling Christmas markets. the staff were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast included was a great perk, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day.

There were a few minor downsides. the rooms were a bit small and lacked spaciousness for luggage, which made it slightly inconvenient.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an incredible experience. The location couldn't have been better as it was within walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and provided fast service. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed including an electric kettle for tea and coffee. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, from a buffet breakfast to a snack bar, and the food was absolutely delicious. The spa and wellness center was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this city.

Received a free tourist kit and got our rooms 4 hours before check-in. The location is outstanding, just a 30-second walk to the metro and close to food, money changers, entertainment, and an antique flea market. The hotel offers free juices all day and serves a lovely breakfast. The rooms were nice, especially for three people. I highly recommend this hotel!

Had an amazing weekend celebrating my 50th birthday with my twin sister. The hotel's location was perfect, with a quick shuttle pick-up from the airport. We had an amazing stay at this venue! The location was excellent, right in the center of everything and only a two-minute walk from the metro station. The hotel itself was superb, situated on a nice street without any noise disturbances, and close to great restaurants, bars, and all the main sights. We loved being able to walk everywhere without having to rely on public transport. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with them being very friendly and welcoming. They provided us with great information about the area and were always courteous and helpful.
