My Xmas stay was amazing! the free welcome water and coffee in the room made me feel instantly welcome. the hotel's location was spot on, being close to all the main attractions and shopping areas. the staff were always helpful and polite, going the extra mile to make my stay pleasant.

Sadly, the heating/air conditioning wasn't great and I couldn't adjust it below 22.3 degrees C, even in winter. Despite my complaints, it wasn't resolved, and opening windows wasn't always an option because of noise.
