Beautiful blend of old and new architecture. Charming rooms with cozy atmosphere. Good quality food, especially traditional Mexican dishes. Surrounded by a peaceful ambience with plenty of recreational activities available at the hotel.

Service can be slow sometimes, especially at the restaurant. Furniture is good but seems too minimalistic and could reflect the historic spirit more in the decorations.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our New Year's vacation. the room was large and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. the hotel grounds were beautiful, with delightful gardens to explore. And the best part was the huge swimming pool, the biggest we've ever seen at a hotel. It was perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a day of exploring.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the hotel was quite difficult to find, as it was located a mile or two off the main highway.

The exclusive amenities provided at this hotel were beyond luxurious, exceeding our expectations. From the indoor swimming pool to the well-kept garden area, everything was perfect. the restaurant served exceptional food with a variety of special diet menus to choose from. the room advantages were exclusive, adding to the comfort of our stay. the entertainment provided left no room for boredom, coupled with the great leisure/TV room.

The invoice/bill process was a bit of a pain as it took a lot of calls to finalize.

We had a phenomenal, luxury experience at a reasonable price. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the large and well-equipped bedrooms. The highlight was definitely the biggest hotel swimming pool we have ever seen, perfect for relaxing and taking a dip. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with delightful gardens to explore and enjoy. We were also impressed that the restaurant was still serving when we arrived after 10pm, ensuring we had a delicious meal after a long day of travel.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful place called Cantalagua. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the powerful and hot showers in the bathroom. Despite the rain, I was able to make use of the indoor pool, which was clean and had enough space for swimming laps. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious Mexican dishes. The hotel also had a running track that allowed me to enjoy the scenic views of the mountains. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
