The hotel offered excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff. the rooms were spacious and clean with stunning views of the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the variety of pools available and the beautiful garden, perfect for relaxation. the location was also fantastic and allowed for easy access to local attractions.

There were a few negative aspects that need improvement. the food variety during lunch was poor and it was not clear which drinks were included in the all-inclusive package.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly professional and polite, always ready to assist with any requests I had. I was pleasantly surprised when the front office manager offered me a free upgrade upon check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the garden from the balcony. The hotel provided excellent amenities such as an air conditioning, a fridge, and a kettle in the room. The daily room cleaning service ensured that everything was spotless and tidy. I also appreciated the in-room safe and the availability of towels and bathrobes. The hotel has a variety of leisure facilities, including pools, a sauna, and even a casino. I especially loved the outdoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi. the hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay here truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to others. The location is perfect, surrounded by a beautiful golf course and within minutes of everything.

All inclusive package offered different meal times, snacks, and drinks including beer and wine. Kids received surprise packages and there were plenty of activities for all ages. Wellness area had separate child pools and varied massage options. Excellent food with a wide variety. Many nearby towns to visit.
