The room was very pleasantly quiet, with modern and spacious design. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower and hot water. The breakfast offered a wide range of products, which was great for starting the day. The location was perfect for our needs, close to some of the main attractions of the city.

Some of the staff members were not as knowledgeable or responsive as we would have liked. Also, there were some inconveniences, such as the lack of a "Do not disturb" sign which made it difficult when we wanted to sleep in, and a fire alarm that caused disruptions during the night. The bar could have been more inviting for a relaxing evening drink.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room with a very nice bed. The hotel was clean and modern, and the location was perfect - close to the metro and within walking distance of the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and lots of knowledge about the city. Plus, they had nice USB plugs, so no need for adapters!
