The staff at Hotel Charles were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I accidentally left my passport in my room after check-out, they kindly allowed me to retrieve it. The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and the cleanliness was impeccable. I also found the location to be convenient, with the metro bus located just across the street. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the comfortable rooms and the helpful staff. the location was key as the hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the surroundings.

Some aspects could be improved, like the need for an upgrade to the reception area and better internet connectivity. the bathroom door could be less transparent as it was not comfortable for privacy reasons.

This hotel is perfectly located, being very near to the city centre and in a central area on the Buda side, just a 30-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice view over the city. I especially loved the mini kitchenette in the room, which was very useful. The breakfast offered a variety of quality products and had something for every taste.

I had a great stay at Charles. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The hotel also had a small kitchen corner, which was convenient. The location was convenient with a bus stop right outside and easy access to public transport.

We had a fantastic stay at Charles! The hotel is situated near the top of Gellert Hill, making it easy to walk downhill to explore the beautiful surroundings. Even though going uphill can be a bit difficult, the frequent bus service right in front of the hotel made it convenient. The rooms were old-fashioned but spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent Wi-Fi. The staff at Charles were exceptionally helpful and friendly, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. we highly recommend Charles for its great location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.
