We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms. The bed was so cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Room service was fast and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff at reception were kind and helpful, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. The hotel offered free parking, which was a convenient and appreciated amenity.

We felt very much at home during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

Located on a small hill surrounded by coniferous forests, this hotel offers a quiet area away from main attractions. The rooms are spaceous and comfortable. The breakfast is good and there are shops nearby.

Some of the staff members have poor English skills which can lead to miscommunications.

We stayed at a hotel for xmas. We appreciated the complementary fruit basket and chocolates in our room. The view was amazing as we were on a hill. We were able to see the whole city from our balcony. The restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices.

The hotel was not as clean as we expected it to be. The linens on our bed were not changed regularly and there were stains on them.

Located in a green area, spacious lobby decorated with art. Large rooms have no plastic items and the spa is well-designed. Clean with a wide breakfast buffet of quality products. Friendly and helpful staff, great views from above.

My recent stay at this hotel was the epitome of luxury. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exquisite service and exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a wide range of treatments and facilities including sauna, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room. The staff was attentive, and I was able to truly relax and unwind.

The only minor issue was the absence of a night club, but that didn't impact my experience in any way. my stay at this venue was superb, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing spa getaway.
