The front desk people were very courteous and helpful. The hotel facilities were fine and we especially liked the cleanliness. The breakfast was also great and the WiFi connection was excellent. The best part, however, was the location. The hotel is conveniently located near the Blaha Lujza Metro station, making it easy for us to travel around the city and visit attractions like the Elisabeth church. We were also pleased with the friendly behavior of the staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and clean, with great views over the plaza and railway station. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of hot and cold options. I also appreciated the availability of a luggage room, allowing me to store my bags after check-out and explore the city before my departure. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue during our trip. The location is incredibly convenient as this hotel is situated right next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, we appreciated the hotel’s numerous amenities such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. The in-room amenities were also great, with tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV among other things. The staff were friendly and professional, in particular the doorman who made us feel welcome every time we walked in.

Decent wifi that is free of charge. Clean and well-ordered kitchen. Clean room with air conditioning. Polite and helpful staff. Tea and coffee making equipment, TV, bath, and shower. Comfortable beds.

Felt very welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great stay close to public transport, a shopping mall, and the train station. The room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was amazing! The staff provided great service, and the view from our window was breathtaking. We loved the facilities and room advantages, such as the variety of breakfast options and proximity to public transport. In addition, the location was great – very close to Metro.

There was a troubling issue with fire alarms going off in the middle of the night.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed two complementary pieces of cake and a glass of wine upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel is conveniently located next to a train station and supermarket, making it easy to travel around or stock up on snacks. we appreciated the free WiFi that worked well throughout the hotel.

The noise level from the street and train station outside was a bit disruptive at night. the blankets provided were not big enough for two people, which was uncomfortable during the chilly nights.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with clean bath tubs and a well-maintained hotel overall. The facilities provided were excellent, including a fridge, safe, shoe cleaning kit, and even options for wake-up calls and breakfast in the room. The hotel also had a small bar and a la carte restaurant, and the four quick elevators made getting around convenient. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the Metro and Train Station, allowing us easy access to transportation. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the city center meant that we were close to all the main sights and even a dental clinic.
