Amazingly comfortable bed, friendly and helpful front desk staff, close proximity to restaurants and downtown Roanoke

Felt most welcome, nothing too much trouble.

The breakfast options were satisfying. The seating area was small. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was safe with a view of the car. The location is convenient for visiting family.

Our family loved the friendly staff, delicious breakfast spread, and clean rooms. Great for families with kids.

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent stay at Best Western. The hotel was modern, clean, and located in a convenient area near shops and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even finding a dog-friendly room for me. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The staff at Best Western Plus Inn was incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I had requested a crib for my baby, and even though there was a mix-up, they quickly found a solution and provided a mattress on the floor. The breakfast was delicious, with eggs, sausage, and unlimited coffee. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there was ample parking available. I also appreciated that the hotel was dog-friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the location was convenient for shopping. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and I was especially pleased with the cleanliness since I had my 18-month-old daughter with me. The pool was also nice, and my family had a great time swimming. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, clean rooms, and convenient location.

Although my stay at Best Western Plus Inn was mostly positive, there were a few drawbacks. I was disappointed that no one came to clean the room or offer clean bath linens for three nights of my stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the room had a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was close to many nice restaurants, a great shopping mall and other restaurants. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything you need like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The indoor swimming pool was a fantastic addition.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Roanoke area and had a great experience. the price was very reasonable, especially for a quick stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, such as the handicapped accessible shower and the three tables available for additional seating for larger groups. Lastly, the breakfast included typical scrambled eggs and a variety of food options, although the coffee could be improved.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was a positive one.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes and musty carpet and walls. the breakfast options were very limited, only offering yogurt and bananas.

The hotel is located near the airport and away from the highway in a more relaxing area. It is conveniently close to restaurants off 81S. The staff were polite, exceptionally helpful, and provided me with directions.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
