The service was top-notch, with excellent room service and housekeeping. We appreciated the laundry facilities and the ironing facilities in our room. The amenities were outstanding, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and terrace with garden furniture. The free toiletries and am/fm alarm clock were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort of our stay. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious meals and drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. We indulged in massages and beauty treatments, and relaxed in the Jacuzzi. The seasonal outdoor pool and garden area were lovely additions. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the off-site car park made parking convenient. During my recent stay at a charming resort in a historical town, I had a truly delightful experience. The large and comfortable rooms provided a cozy and clean ambiance, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The breakfasts and dinners were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The medieval dinner, in particular, was an unforgettable experience. I also had the opportunity to visit the Csarda, a unique dining establishment that should not be missed. The horse riding show featuring Hungarian and Mongolian riders was a highlight of my trip. The resort's fortress and interesting museums added to the overall cultural experience. Additionally, the staff provided fantastic service throughout my stay.

The hotel had excellent Christmas decorations that created a festive feeling all over the place. the food was mouth-watering with plenty of choices making the dining experience a pleasure. the staff was always friendly and helpful. the location was very convenient since we could easily visit the surrounding attractions and the central market was just a few minutes' walk away.

Our room was boiling hot and the air conditioning was not working properly, which made it hard for us to sleep comfortably. the towels and the bathroom facilities were old and could use some upgrading.
