The hotel's spa and fitness center were top-notch. I indulged in a relaxing massage and felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. The facilities were clean and the staff was highly professional. The 19th-floor restaurant with its good views of the town provided an unforgettable dining experience. The atmosphere was enchanting, and the food was a delightful fusion of traditional Thai and international flavors.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the old town. the hotel had an impressive swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the bed in my room was extremely comfortable. the rooms were big and spacious, and the staff were attentive to our needs. the cleanliness of the room was maintained excellently by the housekeeping staff.

We had a great stay at a modern hotel located in the heart of a charming old town. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and surprisingly affordable. The breakfast was delicious and included in the price. The pool and gym facilities were exceptional, and we even had the pleasure of enjoying free live music in the lobby. The bellboy provided a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay.

The staff could have been more helpful and friendly, especially when assisting with questions and recommendations.

The room at Royal Phuket City Hotel was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The hotel had a wide range of engaging activities that kept us entertained throughout our trip. The exceptional service and reasonable rates make this hotel highly recommended for a visit to Phuket Town. I had a fantastic experience at Royal Phuket City Hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed the generous suite size and comfortable beds. the location was perfect for exploring the city and still enjoying a peaceful night's sleep.

The bathroom layout was a bit awkward and the door to the neighboring room was not soundproof, causing some disturbances in the morning. the breakfast area was not the cleanest and there were too many Chinese tourists for our liking.

The spa and fitness center are amazing, I didn't even break a sweat! The restaurants had a wide range of cuisine, so I never got bored of the same old food.

Oh, and who needs fresh coffee in the morning anyway? The machine-made stuff was just fine.

the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding and the Full body massage was heavenly. the outdoor swimming pool was a relaxing oasis, complete with a sun terrace where I could catch some rays. the Restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

The only minor issue that I encountered was with the service in the Bar/Lounge area, which was a bit slow. this was quickly resolved when I mentioned it to the staff.

The hotel had a state-of-the-art gym that was the best I've seen in Thailand. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, with easy access to the Sunday night market and some nice restaurants nearby.
