Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The breakfast options were quite limited, leaving me wanting more variety to start my day. Additionally, on the evening of my arrival, I encountered dirty water from all outlets in the bathroom. it took about 10-15 minutes for normal water to return, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, the toilet was extremely unclean upon check-in, and housekeeping did not address this during my stay.

ibis has a great location, just a few minutes from the metro stop, making it super easy to get around. the staff was very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. my room was spotlessly clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

The location is stellar, with metro and bus stops just minutes away. The staff's professionalism and kindness really enhanced my experience. The modern design felt fresh compared to many other budget hotels.

Room size feels cramped and the air conditioning is ineffective during hot days!!! The bathroom is quite small with a lingering sewage smell at times!!! Housekeeping could improve on thorough cleaning between stays!!!

Had an awesome time with friends! The hotel is super clean and right by the metro, making it easy to check out the food hall and Liberty Bridge. The breakfast offered a nice selection and was available for a generous time. Staff was friendly and really accommodating, storing our bags for a few hours after check-out. Definitely great value for all that!

Only downside was the mattress. it felt a bit thin, which wasn’t ideal for getting a good night's sleep. Still, it didn’t ruin our overall experience—just something to keep in mind if you need a comfy bed. Would return for the location and price!

The bathroom in my room had a strong sewage smell at times, which was quite unpleasant. I also found the bed to be uncomfortable, and the pillows did not provide the support I expected. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator and there was no smart TV, which I thought would be standard in a modern hotel.

ibis is in a great location, just steps away from a metro station and a bus stop. it's super easy to explore nearby attractions, like the great market hall and the thermal baths. the breakfast was really nice too, with a variety of options that kept me satisfied. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even better.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and nice bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped return my forgotten jewelry, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be back for the new year!
