Some of the kitchenware in the apartment was missing, such as a coffee machine, strainer, and wine glasses.

The building configuration and patio were beautiful, and our apartment was spacious and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the TV and internet connection worked perfectly. The neighborhood is excellent, with great restaurants and bars close by. The rooms are in a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. Grocery shopping is also convenient, with shops within easy distance from the hotel. The basic amenities provided are sufficient, and breakfast is offered for an additional cost.

We got great value for our money at Lord Residence. The room was spacious and perfect for our family, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The best part was the staff - Lilla, Cyron, Fanni, Timmi, and Zsofie made sure we had everything we needed and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Location: The hotel is in a residential area on the outskirts of the city. There is a local shopping area nearby with all essential services. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent with lots of options for both Italians and foreigners. The pastries and coffee were delicious. Staff: The staff were attentive, kind, and helpful with giving directions and suggestions.

The apartment we stayed in was incredibly spacious and clean, making it perfect for our Easter getaway with friends. The location was key, as it was within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and even organizing tickets for a boat party and a hop-on hop-off bus tour. We also loved the balcony, which allowed us to socialize and enjoy the view of other balconies in the courtyard.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. we had to pay for extra bath towels as the ones provided were insufficient for two of us with long hair.
