The value for money was fantastic, and our room felt like a luxurious apartment. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of attractions, and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly.

I recently stayed at Matild Palace for a few nights and it was an exceptional experience. The recently restored palace was stunning, with beautiful architecture and stylish rooms. The staff was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, offering a drink upon check-in and assisting with luggage. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The location was perfect, with easy access to the other side of the bridge and the shopping area. a perfect mix of old and new, making it a steal for the price.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The holiday season at this hotel was well-decorated and festive. the spa services and facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable. the hotel was located in a convenient spot for exploring the city's attractions.

The room was not soundproofed and the street noise was disruptive. the housekeeping service was inconsistent with not replacing certain amenities.

This hotel offers an outstanding luxurious experience with excellent amenities, including a top-notch Spa & wellness centre, beautiful Sauna, and Steam room, all ready to fulfill my relaxation needs. The hotel's prime location provides fantastic entertainment options, including a night club and a Spa lounge, coupled with the beauty treatments provided on-site that surely heightened my stay. The rooms feature a comfortable bed, in-room breakfast, excellent bar/lounge areas, and 24-hour room service that was always quick to respond and friendly.

Although my stay was impeccable, the price per night was quite expensive, and it could be challenging to afford for an extended stay.
