amazing location but the rude staff ruined everything—it took me ages to check in. the room was filled with a musty dust smell and, can you believe it, they didn’t clean it one day? seriously, as someone who has expectations, i feel entitled to at least a complimentary drink for all this inconvenience.

Location is fantastic! it opens directly onto a bustling pedestrian street, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Staff are warm and welcoming, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the place.

Rooms can be noisy at times!

The staff were very polite, and the location is great for

exploring the city. I found it was just a short walk to many attractions, and the breakfast was decent with a variety of options. However, the mattress was on the hard side, which made my nights a bit uncomfortable.

The location is ideal for visitors, especially since it

provides quick access to major attractions like the Central Market and the Danube River. My room, while spotless and welcoming, felt a bit small for two people. Also, I struggled a little with the shower, which was quite slippery!

The breakfast selection was quite limited, with long waits to get a table during peak hours.

The hotel's central location near Váci street was a dream. we could walk to numerous attractions! The breakfast was impressive with plenty of choices, and the staff was consistently friendly and attentive.

However, our room was on the smaller side, and the noise from the street at night was a bit disruptive. The air conditioning was also lacking, making the nights quite warm and uncomfortable.

The live cooking station at breakfast with goulash tasting was a delightful surprise, and the personalized help from staff in organizing our group dinner truly enhanced our experience.

Odd wine bar entrance feels off and inconvenient!!! Poor communication on room availability leaves rooms in limbo!!!

also, waiting in line just to eat breakfast was absurd for a 'four-star' hotel. as a loyal guest, a simple welcome gift woudl ve been nice, but i guess that's too much to ask. disappointed doesn't begin to describe it.

Fantastic location! Just a short walk to the Danube, Elisabeth Bridge, and Deak Ferenc Ter, which is a key transit hub. Staff were friendly, and the hotel was pretty clean overall and modern. Definitely had a good vibe!

The location was perfect. right in the center, making it easy to explore restaurants and shops. Housekeeping was attentive too, ensuring everything was clean and tidy.

Just a decent option for resting at all in Budapest with decent value for money. The shower had great water pressure which was a nice surprise. For breakfast, it's better to check out local spots instead of eating at the hotel.
