During my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, I was greeted with a warm and sincere welcome by the reception and lobby staff. They even escorted me to my room and highlighted all the facilities. The suite on the top floor was a delightful surprise, with its spacious sitting room offering stunning views of the park, Budapest Wheel, and churches in the distance. The bedroom was equally impressive, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a chaise longue. The luxurious bathroom with a large tub and separate shower added to the overall experience. The cleanliness of all areas, coupled with the high-quality furnishings, made me feel like I was in a truly luxurious setting. The discreet maid service was also commendable. Additionally, the central location of the hotel, next to the Deak Ferenc Ter metro interchange, made it convenient to explore Budapest's attractions. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request further enhanced my stay. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a wide range of options and attentive staff. The small gym and spa facilities were also appreciated. my stay at The Ritz-Carlton was exceptional and I highly recommend it.

Although my stay was wonderful, I did experience a few minor drawbacks. The check-in process was a bit slow, and there were a few instances where the housekeeping staff forgot to replenish toiletries and beverages.

The central location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions on foot. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. They even went above and beyond by printing out information about a historical event and leaving us a little gift. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the spa was clean, modern, and cozy. Special mention to the reception manager for their professionalism and courtesy.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The room was beautifully dressed, with elegant furniture and decor. The turn down service was a lovely touch, and the bathroom products were of a very high standard. The staff were exceptional - friendly, professional, and accommodating to all our requests. The location was perfect, right on the main shopping streets and in the center of town. We were able to easily access the Parliament building and enjoy a delightful evening cruise on the Danube, thanks to the helpful concierge staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. a fantastic experience.

The rooms were very comfortable, with a separate living room and bedroom which was perfect for my family. The bed was extremely cozy and the room was clean and well-appointed. the hotel is located in a great area for sightseeing and shopping, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of English TV channels in the room. We were looking for some entertainment in the evenings, but there were limited options available.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious. The location was fantastic, and the staff treated us with such kindness and generosity.

The morning meal could have had a tastier omelette option.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was great. The staff, particularly Adam on the front desk, were very friendly and gave great recommendations on things to visit and places to eat in the area.

Our stay at The Ritz Budapest was perfect! The location was ideal, especially during Christmas with the nearby Christmas markets. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel with plenty of delicious options. The club room upgrade was worth it for the added perks, and the staff, especially Kata and Rebeka, made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

During my New Year stay, I really enjoyed the luxurious and well-appointed rooms at this hotel. The decor was tasteful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the staff were outstanding - they were caring, helpful, and unfailingly polite. The hotel also had a great location, with easy access to major attractions, the shopping area, and the beautiful Danube river.

the shower box in the room was quite small and the shower door leaked a lot. This was not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Excellent location with convenient transport links. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities like a coffee machine and daily water replenishment. The staff went above and beyond, with special thanks to Adam at the front desk for his helpful recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel for a stylish stay in Budapest.
