During my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, I was greeted with a warm and sincere welcome by the reception and lobby staff. They even escorted me to my room and highlighted all the facilities. The suite on the top floor was a delightful surprise, with its spacious sitting room offering stunning views of the park, Budapest Wheel, and churches in the distance. The bedroom was equally impressive, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a chaise longue. The luxurious bathroom with a large tub and separate shower added to the overall experience. The cleanliness of all areas, coupled with the high-quality furnishings, made me feel like I was in a truly luxurious setting. The discreet maid service was also commendable. Additionally, the central location of the hotel, next to the Deak Ferenc Ter metro interchange, made it convenient to explore Budapest's attractions. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request further enhanced my stay. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a wide range of options and attentive staff. The small gym and spa facilities were also appreciated. my stay at The Ritz-Carlton was exceptional and I highly recommend it.

Although my stay was wonderful, I did experience a few minor drawbacks. The check-in process was a bit slow, and there were a few instances where the housekeeping staff forgot to replenish toiletries and beverages.

The Ritz definitely lived up to its luxurious reputation. The room was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family with young children. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, arranging taxis for us and providing special treats for the kids. The breakfast spread was amazing, with delicious options for everyone. The front desk staff and waitstaff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel and its staff were exceptional.

The location was fantastic, especially during the Christmas season with the best Christmas markets within a short walk. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms were beautiful, beds were super comfortable, and the sheets were soft and smelled great. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel provided great amenities and special events like chocolate tasting. The staff made sure that our kids had an enjoyable time as well.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton for a leisure trip of four nights. The hotel exudes elegance with its stunning decor and high-quality furnishings. I was impressed by the attention to detail, particularly the gorgeous bathroom products and the thoughtful turn down service. The central location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions on foot. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. They even went above and beyond by printing out information about a historical event and leaving us a little gift. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the spa was clean, modern, and cozy. Special mention to the reception manager for their professionalism and courtesy.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel with plenty of delicious options. The club room upgrade was worth it for the added perks, and the staff, especially Kata and Rebeka, made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!
