We were amazed by the variety of water features at the resort, with 17 different options to choose from. The morning and evening buffets offered excellent and diverse options. The views of the thermal pools, thermal salt hill, and valley/forest were simply breathtaking. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a wide range of pools and saunas. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The location, nestled in a beautiful natural environment, added to the overall charm of the stay. The location of the hotel is great because it is surrounded by nature. the hotel has a variety of swimming pools and the food is quite tasty.

The staff at the reception desk seems uninterested in providing a good customer service. They were not friendly and the check-in took too long.
