The staff provided excellent service, with friendly and welcoming attitudes. the hotel offered impressive facilities, including a pool and spa, which allowed for relaxation and enjoyment during the stay.

There were some issues with the breakfast service, as mentioned in one of the reviews, where the coffee service was slow and not up to the guest's preference.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Laszlo, Viktor, Soella, and the person at the river bar. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble. the spa at the hotel was also excellent, with a variety of amenities and great massage services available. Additionally, the breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from.

Some of the rooms were not up to standard. the furniture looked old and worn, and there were a few maintenance issues such as broken safes, clogged sinks, and a broken toilet seat.

I had such a great time at this upscale hotel. The location right by the river was stunning, and it was so convenient to have a tram station within walking distance. The room service was amazing, and so convenient to have car hire, dry cleaning, shuttle service, and bicycle hire all available on-site. The staff was so attentive and quick to respond to any requests I had. The spa facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. The spa centre was a great place to unwind. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus and the luggage storage was helpful too!
