The staff always ensured great service, particularly in the dining area where I tasted an octopus millefeuille that was a delightful surprise. The wellness area, featuring relaxing pools, was a perfect way to unwind. However, the changing room in the spa urgently needs upgrading, and some facilities felt a bit worn out, which took away from the overall experience. The breakfast selection was impressive, but the chaotic check-in and mismanaged dinner reservation during the holiday period were disappointing.

My family really enjoyed the spacious wellness area, which included multiple pools that allowed both adults and kids to relax and have fun together. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with lots of options catering to both adult and child tastes. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the area.

The only downside was the slippery floor in the spa, which could be a safety concern.

Can't recommend highly enough for a hurried visit

Comfortable room, convenient location with easy access to public transport, excellent breakfast spread featuring hot options, pastries, and cold cuts, and friendly staff who were always willing to assist, made my stay enjoyable.

the breakfast was, i suppose, what one could call good, but the noise from parties until 2 am totally ruined it. the pool was always full of people from outside, it’s baffling that no one actually cared about my comfort. i thought there might be some kind of special treatment or something, but nope, just plain disappointment.

The hotel desperately needs renovation!!! The décor is tired and outdated, the pools have hygiene concerns, and the inconsistent air conditioning left us sweltering. Expecting timely housekeeping or functional electrical outlets is a reach!!!

We explored the city with the family, enjoying sights like the Buda Castle and Danube boats. The warm pools were a great way to unwind after a long day, and the staff really made us feel welcomed with complimentary drinks and great service.

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use better shower designs to prevent flooding. Also, a deeper focus on healthier breakfast options would be fantastic for family health.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the fabulous spa area, especially the thermal pool (real bliss! ). Breakfast was reasonably priced and had large portions. Very clean rooms made my stay enjoyable!

the room was a bit hot, which was uncomfortable at times. loved that the spa was open until 10 pm , with 3 pools at different temps to chill out after a long day walking around the city. also, train station was super close, made getting to the center easy.

It was just a great match for a weekend in Budapest with decent value for money. The spa staff were friendly and attentive, making sure the experience was enjoyable. Consider using a taxi to get around the city. it's quicker than public transport.

verdi has a fantastic wellness complex with a heated pool, sauna, and massage services. the staff was friendly and followed safety protocols. breakfast offered a great variety of hot and cold options, including pastries and cold cuts. 🥐😋
