The staff was remarkably friendly and the restaurant served excellent food at reasonable prices. Breakfast choices were varied and the large rooms provided stunning lake views.

Noise from other guests was disruptive at night, and the additional charges for the spa facilities felt unreasonable, detracting from the overall experience.

The staff were mighty friendly and the view of the lake from our room was something special. The dinner was lovely too. Just a shame the TV wasn’t working when we arrived, but they sorted it out quick enough. Overall, a grand stay!

The lake view is obstructed by trees!!! Noise from other rooms was quite bothersome at night!!! Strong sulfur smell in the bathroom water was a definite turn-off!!!

Ope, the view from our room was just stunning! Woke up to the lake shimmering, felt like a dream. The breakfast spread was legit—fresh pastries had me coming back for more. And the hot tub? Perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventuring. Just wish there was a mini fridge to keep some snacks cool!

The hotel is conveniently located just off the ring road, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Our room offers stunning lake views, which our kids loved! The breakfast spread is amazing, with plenty of options, including fresh pastries and even a waffle maker for the little ones.

We noticed some noise from other guests in the hallway during the night.

gosh, room 101 was a delight, if you enjoy the sound of flies buzzing and a whistling window. I also had the utmost pleasure of being seated at the worst table for dinner, clearly the hotel guests around me woudl ve been prioritized. too bad I didn’t get a northern lights call either. absoluteley disheartening.

the room was so outdated, I thought it was a museum piece, and don’t even get me started on the shower with its thick lime layers, absolutely revolting. I also expected a complimentary upgrade for my distress but received nothing. I guess regular folks are fine with mediocrity here!
