The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, swiftly replacing a faulty hairdryer. it was a great experience and provided good value for money.

I recently stayed at Los Fresnos Inn And Suites for 3 nights during a business trip. The location was perfect for my needs and the price offered online was not changed upon arrival, unlike many other hotels. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The rooms were consistently clean and comfortable. I was informed that the hotel was under new management, and they mentioned that more positive changes were on the way. I'm glad I decided to give them a second chance after my previous visit 3 years ago.

It was close to Padre Island and Laguna Atacosa NWR, perfect for nature lovers and birdwatching enthusiasts like me. the friendly and helpful staff at the reception made me feel welcome and provided useful information about the area.
