I had a minor issue with my room key card deactivating a few times during my stay, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and even came to my room to assist me. The location of Fron was perfect, close to all the major attractions in the old part of the city. The breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying, with a good variety of hot and cold dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful staff.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right on the main shopping street in the heart of downtown. It's ideal for exploring the city center and has easy access to transport links. The rooms are very nice, with all the basic amenities you need including a shower and facilities to cook. Plus, the breakfast at the lovely independent bakery a few doors up the street is included, even though there's no hot food other than toast.

The value for money at Hotel Fron was incredible. We got a spacious studio apartment with a kitchenette, perfect for organizing and relaxing on our last night in Iceland. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the shopping and restaurant district. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when our tour got cancelled, rearranging bookings so we could stay an extra two nights without having to switch rooms. A huge relief during a stressful situation. a fantastic experience.
