We had a great stay here! The location is amazing, within walking distance to a mall and directly across from the Town Center. There are also lots of restaurants nearby which makes it very convenient. We loved the service, from front desk to maid service, the staff have been great with clean rooms and good service. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a soundproofed room and tea/coffee facilities. All in all, we had a great experience here!

As someone who likes to get an early start, I appreciated the hotel's shuttle service to the Metro station. The morning desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed and pillows that provided a good night's sleep. The hotel also had on-site dining options, which was convenient.

The staff here is fantastic, from the front desk to housekeeping. The shuttle service to the metro station is a major plus. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with adequate towels and bedding.

The hotel bar and restaurant are in need of an update, but with all the dining options available in the surrounding area, it's not a major issue.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel staff was friendly and attentive. the location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to downtown and other attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered a breakfast buffet that was included in the price of the room, which was a great value.

There were a couple of issues during our stay. we did not receive our breakfast tickets upon check-in, which led to a confusion when we tried to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Hilton. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The room setup and decoration were nice, and everything was spotless. The shuttle to the metro station was always on time, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff at the restaurant were kind and attentive, going out of their way to provide a chamomile tea for me. No issues whatsoever!

Great location for visiting DC - easy access to public transportation. Conveniently located near a mall with plenty of shopping options. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable.

My recent stay at Hilton was fantastic! I stayed for three nights while visiting Springfield. The location was perfect, with plenty of parking and a mall across the street. The reception and lobby were welcoming, and I loved the kiosk filled with snacks and drinks. The room was clean, and I enjoyed the nice view from the 11th floor. The staff, especially the night shift front desk lady, were exceptional and made me feel very welcome. Having a refrigerator in the room was convenient, and my family loved the waterfall effect shower. a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was a tad small, but it was clean, comfy, and we loved being on the 11th floor with a nice view. The staff, from the front desk to the dining room, was totally pleasant and knowledgeable of the area. They appeared to appreciate our stay and provided great customer service. The hotel itself was super clean both inside and out. We especially appreciated the extra security measure of needing our room key to access the elevator from the lobby, making us feel important. The location was also ideal, as it was right across the street from the Springfield Mall, and we didn't need to drive anywhere. The hotel was also pretty close to the metro station, making transportation convenient. The breakfast choices in the restaurant were good, and we enjoyed starting our day there.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room itself was fantastic; spacious, comfortable, and with a great selection of TV channels. The location was also perfect, with a mall conveniently located across the street. Moreover, the staff at reception and during breakfast were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast option could have been improved by providing a channel list for the TV in the room. It would have been helpful to have this information readily available at the front desk or in the guest book.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of options. the staff at the restaurant were kind and attentive, going out of their way to accommodate special requests. the shuttle service to the metro station was convenient and always on time.

The lobby was messy and crowded, making it difficult to navigate. the TV signal was lost on two nights of our stay, and the WiFi signal was so poor that we couldn't use our electronics when needed.

Great location, fast room service, exceptional staff, clean facility, soundproof room.

For us it was ideal.
