The location was very easy to find, just off the main road with a view of horses from our window. the room was clean, and the shared bathroom was convenient. the waffles at breakfast were a hit with my daughter. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The room had everything we needed, and we even had a little chicken friend outside our window! It's a peaceful spot, perfect for unwinding after long hikes. the only downside was the quirky rule about taking off our shoes—it did feel a bit like Grandma's house! Overall, a cozy and budget-friendly stay near beautiful natural attractions. A great choice for adventurers like me from the Emerald Isle!

Just got back from a seaside guesthouse. the homemade waffles with fresh eggs were amazing! LOVED the sun terrace. Would definitely stay again. Even better in person!

Guesthouse Vellir offered serene surroundings near Vik. the rooms were clean with views of the property, comfy beds, and included tea and coffee. the owner was accommodating, allowing an early check-out for our glacier hike.
