We loved the stunning views from our room's large balcony, overlooking either the black mountains or the beautiful sea. The hotel's location was also perfect, nestled off the road and bridge, just a short distance from Borgarnes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were also pleased with the ample parking available and the convenience of the hotel facilities. To top it off, the breakfast provided was delicious and varied.

Had a fantastic xmas! the staff were amazing. They gave us complementary hot cocoa and Christmas cookies so we could feel the spirit. the scenery was beautiful, we could see snow-capped mountains and beautiful landscapes from our room's window. the hotel is well-located- close to a nearby town with a great selection of restaurants. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, they had a lot of choices that even my picky eater partner found some delicious options.

Our room was small and didn't have many amenities. the bathroom had a weird smell and there was no extra space for our bags.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Borgarnes with a stunning view of the coastline. The location was perfect, making it easy for me to explore the Golden Circle and Snaefellsnes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and the communal area offered a great selection of hot and cold drinks throughout the day. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful view, convenient location, and welcoming staff.

Our family stayed in a lovely little lodge with a cozy atmosphere located near the mountains with an amazing shoreline view. Just across the bridge from a lively area, we had access to many restaurants. The clean washrooms and friendly staff helped us feel at home and our kids enjoyed the lounge area for relaxing. The room had comfortable beds, chairs, and excellent facilities for a pleasant stay.

There was an incident with a rude receptionist which put a damper on our experience.

We had a great stay at Hafnarfjall! the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and there were plenty of walks to enjoy nearby. the owner and staff were friendly and hardworking, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved having access to tea and coffee making facilities in the dining room at any time, and the honesty bar was a nice touch. the breakfast had lots of options and we appreciated the use of the 24-hour kitchen area. a lovely place to stay for a few days!
