We had a wonderful two-week stay at Hotel Selja. The small hotel had excellent amenities and the staff promptly answered all our questions. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices, and the parking near the entrance was convenient, especially on cold and rainy days. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel's location, although not in a scenic area, was perfect for our needs. The landscape surrounding the hotel was beautiful, allowing us to witness the stunning aurora borealis and the majestic volcanoes.

The hotel offered comfortable and spacious rooms, diverse and delicious breakfast with a waffle maker and the best pistachio cream, amazing view, peaceful and quiet atmosphere, and the opportunity to see the northern lights. The landscape was wide open, resembling an American Western. The hospitality of the hosts and the modern space made us feel at home.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the Italian design gave them a refreshing touch compared to other Icelandic hotels.
