I really enjoyed my stay at Eurostars Universal. The ambience was fantastic and the modern and clean room made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. The breakfast selection was superb, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The rooftop bar was also a highlight, with friendly bartenders who made amazing drinks. The concierge, who happened to be Brazilian, was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile, providing great tips on what to do in the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Eurostars Universal and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and spacious. The room was great, with comfortable beds and an amazing tropical shower in the bathroom. The underground parking was a huge plus for us as we had a car. The location, although a bit further from the city centre, was convenient with a good shopping mall nearby. The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and breathtaking views over the city and Vasco da Gama bridge. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff at Eurostars were amazing, providing warm and professional service. From the receptionist Marcia who gave us a warm welcome to the polite and professional bag carrier, everyone went above and beyond. The rooftop staff, both African, were incredibly professional and fulfilled our every request with a smile. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, with a quick check-in process and a nice touch of offering champagne while we waited. The staff also recommended a great restaurant along the riverfront and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was also convenient, close to the station, marina, and metro for exploring the city.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gem of a hotel. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, Eurostars provided the perfect modern and clean accommodations for our last night in town. The room had a very comfortable bed, and the highlight was definitely the best shower pressure we've ever experienced. The location was great, situated in a redeveloped area close to the aquarium, restaurants, and the sightseeing tram. The ambience was wonderful, and the rooftop offered stunning views of the city, especially during New Year's Eve fireworks. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The staff, particularly our Brazilian concierge, were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. The exclusive amenities were incredible, from the rooftop pool with breathtaking views to the sauna and Spa & wellness centre. The seasonal outdoor pool was also a great feature, and we loved lounging under the sun near the garden area. Moreover, the room was spacious and had everything we needed, including private facilities, making us feel truly pampered. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also exceptional, providing delicious food, snacks and beverages to our taste.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service at the bar, which was slow due to understaffing. However, this did not detract from the overall exceptional experience at this luxurious venue.
