I really enjoyed my stay at Eurostars Universal. The ambience was fantastic and the modern and clean room made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. The breakfast selection was superb, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The rooftop bar was also a highlight, with friendly bartenders who made amazing drinks. The concierge, who happened to be Brazilian, was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile, providing great tips on what to do in the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Eurostars provided great value for the money, offering a spacious and beautifully designed room. The hotel's location overlooking Parque das Nacoes and the oceanarium was spectacular, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at Eurostars Universal and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and spacious. The room was great, with comfortable beds and an amazing tropical shower in the bathroom. The underground parking was a huge plus for us as we had a car. The location, although a bit further from the city centre, was convenient with a good shopping mall nearby. The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and breathtaking views over the city and Vasco da Gama bridge. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location near the airport and attractions like the aquarium. Modern decor and comfortable rooms. Strong water pressure in the showers. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Felt secure and staff was always helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for business travelers. It is also close to a shopping center, providing easy access to amenities. The rooms are beautiful and offer incredible rooftop views. The staff is accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast offers a great selection of food. Additionally, the hotel has a rooftop pool, adding to the facilities available for guests to enjoy.

There were occasional issues with the key cards not working, causing guests to go to reception for reactivation.

Comfortable stay in a good area. I chose a room overlooking the river and enjoyed a peaceful sleep. The breakfast was excellent and the staff welcoming. I appreciated the hot pot and glasses provided in the room. I'll recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel, Eurostars, was fantastic. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the outdoor terrace was a great place to relax. the rooms were beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and amazing views. the staff were friendly and the entire hotel had a pleasant smell.

The staff at Eurostars were amazing, providing warm and professional service. From the receptionist Marcia who gave us a warm welcome to the polite and professional bag carrier, everyone went above and beyond. the rooftop staff, both African, were incredibly professional and fulfilled our every request with a smile. the hotel itself was very nice and clean, with a quick check-in process and a nice touch of offering champagne while we waited. the staff also recommended a great restaurant along the riverfront and the breakfast buffet was excellent. the location was also convenient, close to the station, marina, and metro for exploring the city.

Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, Eurostars provided the perfect modern and clean accommodations for our last night in town. the room had a very comfortable bed, and the highlight was definitely the best shower pressure we've ever experienced. the location was great, situated in a redeveloped area close to the aquarium, restaurants, and the sightseeing tram. the ambience was wonderful, and the rooftop offered stunning views of the city, especially during New Year's Eve fireworks. the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. the staff, particularly our Brazilian concierge, were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city.
