We had an incredible time at this unique guesthouse nestled in the heart of nature. The room was spacious and clean, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. The friendly staff provided exceptional service, giving us great tips on nearby attractions and scenic routes. The delicious breakfast buffet with homemade bread and lamb pate was a delightful start to our day. We also enjoyed the free car parking, hot tub, and wifi facilities. Truly a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was a delicious and authentic Icelandic experience, and we loved that we could purchase classic Icelandic wool sweaters on site. The view was stunning, the location was convenient, and the bedsheets were incredibly comfortable. A special mention goes to the caretaker/owner who cleared off our car after a heavy snowfall - a truly unexpected and kind gesture. We only wish our stay could have been longer! Highly recommended!

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the peaceful location just 10 minutes outside Akureyri. The converted farmhouse and family-owned atmosphere added a unique touch to our stay. The small restaurant on-site served excellent food, with the roast lamb dinner being a standout. The selection of vegetables and the delicious rhubarb marmalade compote made the meal even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ample parking and hot tub with views over the valley were added bonuses. Lamb Inn provided a great experience at a reasonable price.

We had an amazing stay at this inn. Despite a minor issue during check-in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering us food and drinks while we waited. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a private bathroom. the highlight was definitely the side back porch picnic area overlooking the hot tub and breathtaking scenery. the location was also very convenient, close to Akureyri. We also appreciated having internet access in our room. We highly recommend this charming inn to others and would gladly stay here again.
