We recently stayed at a guesthouse in North Iceland and had a fantastic experience. The guesthouse had a stylish and comfortable interior, making it feel like a home away from home or a good hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and there were two kitchens available for cooking. The WiFi was fast, and although we didn't have time to try the hotpots, they looked inviting. The price-quality ratio was excellent, especially compared to other Icelandic guesthouses. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend it to others.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a brief overnight stay at a guesthouse in North Iceland. The location was perfect for our travel needs, being situated between Myvatn and the Westfjords. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, especially on a beautiful summer day. The establishment had a charming reading area upstairs and two large hot tubs outside for relaxation. The check-in process, which felt like an escape room clue, added a unique touch to our stay. The kitchen on the ground floor was spacious and well-equipped for our self-catering needs.

The rooms were quite small, making it a bit cramped and difficult to move around or store our belongings. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a noisy group of bikers who monopolized the lobby, making it less enjoyable for other guests.

One of the highlights of our stay was the two hot tubs, which provided a perfect way to relax in the evening. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with Reykjafoss and Fosslaung being close by, offering beautiful natural sights to explore.
