I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services. The grounds of this place were absolutely immaculate and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and serene ambiance. The variety of restaurants available here served excellent food that satisfied my taste buds. The staff at this venue were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to assist with any queries or frustrations that I had. The woman named Aly who worked at the building 5 desk was an asset to this resort, as she took the time to answer my many questions and listen to my concerns.

This hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was easy to get to all of the Disney attractions and close to a grocery store and restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with scheduled activities, an arcade, and play areas for kids. The property also had beautiful natural surroundings, including fish and ducks, and even sold food to feed the wildlife. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a safe and secure environment with a controlled entrance, gated access, and roaming security. The recently renovated tower where we stayed was clean and modern, providing stunning views of the Disney fireworks from our balcony, which came with two chairs and a table. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning with our family to stay at this resort.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was wonderfully close to the theme parks. It was perfect for visiting Disney World and exploring all the attractions nearby. The rooms here are spacious and comfortable, with a variety of options to choose from. We loved having all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen and a balcony. The staff here were super nice and professional, always attentive to our needs. The food and beverage team did an amazing job at providing delicious meals and drinks. The service was top-notch, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

This hotel is poorly trained and understaffed for the number of people.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with well-appointed and spacious accommodations. The internal laundry washer and dryer were a great convenience, and the balcony provided a cozy space to relax. The hotel facilities included a beautiful lake stocked with fish and various water birds, perfect for a leisurely walk. The location was fantastic, close to all Disney attractions and within easy reach of grocery stores and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The hotel facilities were amazing, with numerous swimming pools, hot tubs, mini golf, and pool tables. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks coffee shop and a shop on-site. Parking was plentiful and easily accessible. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to Disney but not within a Disney resort.

Nothing to fault.

During my stay here, I absolutely loved the location of this hotel - it's right in the center of all the Disney parks and around the boardwalk! The service was amazing, from the room service to the tours/ticket assistance, everything was taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised to find an ironing facility, a washing machine, and even a dryer in my room. The balcony provided a cozy sitting area for me to relax and enjoy the view, and I really appreciated the extra touches like the in-room safe, garden furniture, and flat-screen television.

I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone.

I recently stayed at Club Wyndham in Orlando for a quick getaway. The lazy river was a highlight, and the staff was incredibly courteous. I never had to wait long for the elevator, and the grounds were well maintained and immaculate. The variety of restaurants available on site were excellent, and the food was delicious. A special shout-out to Aly at the building 5 desk, who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. My room and amenities were great, and I can't wait to explore more of the grounds on my next visit. a fantastic experience.
