gluten-free options were a disaster, and don’t get me started on the lack of room service. as someone who expects a little extra, I woudl ve been thrilled with an upgrade, but alas, no.

So, we arrived all tired and they hooked us up with an early check-in and a room upgrade, which was top notch! The waffles in the afternoon? Absolute must-have, flippen lekker! Staff were super friendly, especially this chommie named Helena who's just brilliant at giving advice.

Only downside was the noise from other guests at times, kinda annoying, eh? But overall, we had a fab stay!
