I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Arthur's Pass. The hotel itself had a great atmosphere and offered stunning views of the river and mountains. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The rooms were modern, bright, and very clean. The large bed was extremely comfortable, and there were tea, coffee, and crockery provided, along with a fridge. The shared kitchen had free tea and coffee available. The hotel restaurant served delicious pub-style food, especially the steak and ribs. The hotel was conveniently located near the river, allowing for pleasant walks. I had a really enjoyable stay with my family.

Great location for hiking, value for money accommodations with a wide variety available. Shared facilities are not a problem. Ample parking available. Cooks are skilled, staff is friendly and obliging, especially the manager. Spectacular views of the valley.

The bathroom has hot showers with good water pressure. The staff are helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. The onsite restaurant offers tasty meals at reasonable prices.

This hotel is a true hidden gem nestled amidst the stunning mountain landscape. The value for money is superb, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the basic amenities provided to the rooms with knock-out views.

All was more than okay, but I must say that I wished for more seating in the communal kitchen area. It was a popular spot for breakfast, and occasionally, it got a bit crowded.

We stayed three nights at Bealey and loved it! The villa had amazing sunrise views, reliable WiFi, and a delicious dinner menu. The staff, especially Dotty, were welcoming and helpful. The lodge room was clean, with a shared kitchen and parking right outside. The reception and restaurant were conveniently located nearby. a warm and cosy home away from home.

We had a great weekend here! the staff were nice and welcoming, and we got two free breakfasts included in our stay which was a nice touch. the view from our room was amazing, right in the heart of the mountains, and we loved being close to all the hiking trails.

That there was no cell reception and the WiFi was super expensive. We also noticed some cleanliness issues, like stained bed sheets and carpets.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Set amidst the stunning mountains, the rooms provide a fantastic view that will leave you awe-inspired. The staff are friendly and provide great service, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. Basic amenities are provided, and the included breakfast allows you to enjoy the view down the river while starting your day off right.

Additionally, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to explore the nearby attractions, such as Arthur's Pass itself. Moreover, the restaurant service was exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that I had a delightful dining experience. The food was delicious, and I especially appreciated being able to watch live sports on the TV while enjoying my meal. Although there were a few minor downsides, such as the small lounge and bedrooms, overall I would highly recommend staying at this hotel again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and exceptionally clean. The bed was super comfy, and we were surprised to find that the Wi-Fi was good and there was Netflix and other subscribed channels available. The hotel also had great facilities, including a private hot tub in a stunning mountain pass location. The staff were friendly and kind, and the restaurant served delicious and reasonably priced food. The hotel's location on the river bank of the Waimakariri river was breathtaking, and it was conveniently close to Arthur's Pass village.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the recently renovated rooms/houses were completely new. the view from the hotel was stunning! We also enjoyed the delicious dinner at the restaurant, with a variety of main courses to choose from.

We were disappointed with the hygiene practices in the restaurant's kitchen. the kitchen staff were seen handling food, including cooked food, with their bare hands and not wearing kitchen hats.

The Bealey Hotel was definitely worth the money, with clean and comfy rooms, including a double bed and set of bunks. The location was stunning, with a magnificent view down the valley. The staff were super friendly and the dinner at the hotel was outstanding, especially the mouthwatering steak.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection.

I stayed at The Bealey in Arthur's Pass for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The units were quiet, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. There was plenty of space, and the bed and pillows were exceptional. The on-site bar and restaurant were a welcome addition, as options in the area were limited. The staff, especially Kirsty, provided excellent service and made us feel well taken care of. The hotel is nicely situated on a bluff overlooking a river, right off the main highway.
