Just returned from a wonderful stay at Viking in Akureyri. Stayed for a week and enjoyed every moment. The setting is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a relaxing hot tub. The interior design is top-notch, with a comfortable bed and chairs. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the jacuzzi outside was a fantastic bonus. I also loved the great TV service with Netflix. Highly recommended for a unique and enjoyable hotel experience.

The staff was incredibly helpful, even setting up a crib for our kids. The cottage itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the hot tub and the stunning views from our bedroom window. The location was a bit remote, but since we had a rental car, it wasn't a problem for us. The wifi was stable and the heating system kept us warm. a fantastic stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this Viking cottage. The secluded location provided high privacy and allowed for two beautiful evenings in the hot tub without any disturbances. The well-equipped kitchen and cozy living room with a flat screen TV made it a comfortable place to relax. The bed was incredibly cozy and ensured a great night's sleep. Additionally, the availability of a washing machine free of charge was a convenient amenity.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this property! The location was picturesque, with breathtaking views of the city and bay. Finding the hotel was easy, as it was close to the main road but still peaceful. The cleanliness of the cottage was excellent, with a modern bathroom and quality products provided. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The bedroom upstairs had a large window that offered amazing views, especially of the Northern Lights on two nights. We loved the empty hot tub that we could fill and control the temperature, providing a clean and very hot bath experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was even a TV attached to a PC in the bedroom, allowing access to the internet and Netflix.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to add more breakfast items to the menu.

The outdoor terrace was a definite highlight, with its stunning views and the potential to spot the Northern Lights during the winter. Additionally, the warm floors were a cozy touch, especially during the cold weather.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few small issues. Some lights in the bathroom were not working, and we had to replace the lightbulbs ourselves.
