The Viking Hotel in Hafnarfjörður has a unique and cool decor, like a viking museum, with interesting sculptures and details. The outdoor hot tub is a great addition and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near a Flybus station for easy transfers to and from the airport.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend with stunning views and great amenities. the hotel was located conveniently close to a grocery store, which made it easy for us to stock up on snacks and drinks.

The décor in the rooms was outdated and felt somewhat claustrophobic. we found the room to be quite chilly, and the heating system didn't seem to be very effective.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the unique Viking theme of the hotel. The magical environment created by the ancient Icelandic and Nordic culture made our stay unforgettable. The well-maintained and beautifully created areas, such as the restaurant and reception, truly made us feel like we were living in the Viking age. The hotel also offered basic facilities, wifi with good speed, tasty breakfast options, and plenty of parking space.

The location of this place is fantastic! Right on the waterfront, in a lovely area with plenty of cute shops and restaurants to explore. The staff were really friendly, especially the manager who went out of their way to help us sort out our tours for the day. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including free wi-fi and a flat-screen TV.

I recently stayed at Hotel Viking for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing all the necessary information on hotel facilities and breakfast timings. The restaurant had a great selection, especially the waffle makers that were a favorite of mine. The bar staff were very accommodating when I requested glasses and ice for my room. The highlight for me was the deep bath tub filled with sulphur geothermal water, it felt like having a hot tub in the bathroom!

This hotel is a great value for money, located in a very good area by a picturesque harbour. The rooms have an excellent shower and a Viking touch, with a view across the harbour. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast includes some Icelandic specials like salmon.

The common areas of the hotel are lavishly decorated with a nod to Viking-era aesthetics, which is perfect for those who want to immerse in it. Our room was clean, well-lit, and the bedding was comfortable. The bathroom facilities were clean and spacious, complete with all of the amenities. Breakfast was decent with some local options such as pickled herring served each morning. The serene view from the room provides a brilliant start to your day.

The staffs were lacking in number and present to address minor issues that we faced during our stay.
