Some improvements are needed in terms of the facilities, such as the spa, which seems to be substandard and not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect. Situated on a large boulevard with traffic restrictions, it was easy to explore the city on foot and it was also conveniently located behind the mountains, offering beautiful views. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were attentive to every detail and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were lovely, with basic amenities and a massive bath with a jacuzzi, as well as an external terrace. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate was a great bonus, with gluten-free and vegetarian options available.

This hotel is modern and comfortable with helpful staff and great facilities. Parking is available, and they even accommodated our car when it couldn't fit in the garage. Breakfast may not have a lot of variety, but it is sufficient and good value. The location is amazing, close to all major sights, and the rooms are nice with comfortable beds. The hotel is prompt and positive in responding to requests. They even have a designated smoking area and provide a kettle for tea.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with reservations, directions, and even surprised us with a birthday treat. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, including a rooftop with a spectacular sunset view.

Very friendly and helpful staff and breathtaking views from the rooftop. the suite was spacious with a huge comfy bed and a nice bathroom with a huge shower. the hotel is located in the city center, just a stone's throw away from the Cathedral and the old Moorish quarter.

The sofa bed in the lounge area was uncomfortable and the noise from the main road was disturbing. the lack of extractors in the bathroom was inconvenient and there was no fridge in the room.

The reception team provided outstanding recommendations for visits and local high spots. The hotel location is super central, making it easy to explore the city. The junior suite with its own terrace and jacuzzi was a welcome retreat after a long day. I would recommend the hotel for a stay in Granada.
