The room was huge with a nice big bed and an awesome balcony looking out at the mountain. the spa was a real treat, and chilling in the garden area was super relaxing. Food options were good, but for vegetarians, it could be a tad bit limited. ⭐ a top-notch spot for some laid-back vibes and great service.

The serene mountain location near Munnar Town offered a perfect retreat. the friendly staff made our vacation stress-free with efficient services like laundry, room service, and excellent spa facilities. the picturesque views and delicious food added to the relaxing atmosphere, making our family bonding time truly enjoyable. the nearby attractions like the Tea Gardens, Attukad Waterfall, and Mattupetty Dam further enriched our experience. a great value for a memorable family vacation.

The view. Our room had a breathtaking view of the lush mountains, making us feel like we were on top of the world. It was a magical experience to wake up to such majestic scenery every morning, feeling like characters in a fairy tale.

Bathroom size.

The location of the resort is absolutely breathtaking, situated on the cliff of the mountain. From the room balcony, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the picturesque valley. Additionally, there is a great viewpoint just a short walk away, about 250 meters, where you can take in the stunning scenery.

The food options seem to be limited to mainly South Indian cuisine.

We stayed at Abad and were impressed with the superb location and awesome views. the staff was very pleasing, providing excellent service. the neat and clean bathrooms, delicious dinner, and superb breakfast made our stay enjoyable. the hotel offers stunning views from the balcony rooms, with prompt staff assistance. It's a serene property with good dining options nearby.

We had an amazing stay at this resort in Munnar. The staff at Abad were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The manager, Mr. Murali, ensured that all our needs were met and even provided us with a customized food menu. The restaurant manager, Mr. Balakrishnan, and his team provided splendid service and the food was excellent. The room we stayed in had a balcony with a mesmerizing view and the entire property had a serene ambiance. The resort also organized a night fire camp with music, which was a fantastic experience. The warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We will definitely recommend this place to others and would love to return in the future.

This hotel is nestled in the midst of the Kanan Devan hills, offering a picturesque view of the valley from its balcony. The attention to detail in the well-maintained rooms, adorned with lovely flowers, adds a touch of elegance. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring all guests are comfortable. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff there, especially Mr Murali and Mr Balakrishnan, were welcoming and attentive. The best part was the authentic Kerala breakfast buffet - the best I've ever had from a South Indian restaurant. the hotel manager, Mr Anbudass, went above and beyond by providing me with a leaflet of places to visit, including directions, which made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with a mind-blowing balcony view that added to the romantic atmosphere of our escape.

There were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, and the quality of the bed and sofa left much to be desired.
