The reception staff, especially Ms. Monisha Stephen and Ms. Ansa, were efficient and friendly during check-in and check-out. The Canopy restaurant is a great place to eat. Good gym and pool facilities. Well-maintained and clean.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city with easy access to shopping and transportation. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making arrangements for us to send our clothes to our home address. The room amenities were excellent, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a terrace with a great view.

the suite room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean, with a lot of amenities in the bathroom. the hotel's location in the heart of Ernakulam was convenient, close to a metro station and not far from the ferry pier to Fort Cochin. the staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly, particularly Mr Anup. the breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices and the restaurant, though not as good as KADALORAM in ABAD PLAZA hotel, had good food. the special atmosphere of the hotel made me feel good and want to go back.

Our recent stay was amazing, and we highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect for us, right near shopping malls and tourist attractions. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of dishes. We especially loved the pool area, which was well-maintained and clean.

A minor issue with the room service which got fixed quickly.

Had a great time during thanksgiving at this hotel. They gave complimentary drinks and snacks, it was a nice gesture. It was located in a very convenient area, close to all the main attractions. the staff was very polite and helpful, they made us feel welcome.

The rooms were quite dusty and the bathroom smelled quite bad. the bed linens were also not changed regularly.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Abad Atrium, which is located in the heart of Ernakulam. the suite rooms were spacious, well-appointed, clean, and functional, with a lot of amenities in the bathroom. the hotel provided a plate of fresh fruits and 4 bottles of water every day, which was a nice touch. the restaurant, which is connected to the lobby, served good food and had a wide selection at the breakfast buffet. the management and staff, especially Mr Anup, were efficient, helpful, and friendly. the special atmosphere of the hotel made us feel good and want to come back.

The front desk reception staff need improvement in terms of their attitude and customer service. There were instances where they provided incorrect information, and it was difficult to get any information from them at times.
