The hotel's location in the heart of Ernakulam was convenient, close to a metro station and not far from the ferry pier to Fort Cochin. The staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly, particularly Mr. Anup. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices and the restaurant, though not as good as KADALORAM in ABAD PLAZA hotel, had good food. The special atmosphere of the hotel made me feel good and want to go back.

The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of dishes. We especially loved the pool area, which was well-maintained and clean.
