super clean rooms - close to metro station - helpful staff - free room upgrade - efficient check-in. the air is purified - such a relief from outside pollution. enjoyed room service, and the gym had great equipment with a view.

The bed was too soft and lacked the needed support resulting in difficulty sleeping. the room key card kept getting deactivated despite great care.
